These terms apply when you buy from hudsonreads.com. By placing an order you agree to them.

2. Our products

Our kits are digital products: printable PDF files that you download, print at home and keep in a folder. Each kit’s contents are described on its product page.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown on the product page and confirmed at checkout before you pay. Every kit is a one-off payment — there is no subscription. Payment is taken securely through our checkout.

4. Delivery

Straight after payment we email you access to download your files, at the address you gave at checkout. If it hasn’t arrived within a few minutes, check your spam or junk folder, then email us and we’ll send it again.

5. Cancelling and our money-back guarantee

Because our kits are delivered immediately as downloads, statutory cancellation rights for digital content can end once you start downloading. Our 30-day money-back guarantee goes further: if a kit isn’t right for you, email us within 30 days of your purchase for a full refund — see our Refund policy.

6. Using a kit

Each kit is for your own household’s personal use. You may print as many copies as your family needs. You may not resell it, share it publicly or redistribute it.

7. Not legal, tax or financial advice

Our kits are practical plans and organisers. They are not a will and not legal, tax or financial advice, and they do not replace a solicitor, lawyer, accountant or other professional. Rules, fees and deadlines change — check current official guidance or a professional before acting.

8. Our responsibility to you

If a file is faulty or won’t open, we’ll replace it or refund you. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law, and nothing affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version shown when you placed your order applies to that order.
