Our 30-day happiness guarantee
We want you to love your Hayleigh sandals. If they're not the right fit — for your feet or your style — you have 30 days from delivery to return them for a refund or exchange.
How to start a return or exchange
It's simple. Within 30 days of receiving your order, email info@hudsonreads.com with:
- Your order number
- The name or email you used at checkout
- Whether you'd like a refund or an exchange (and the size/colour you'd prefer)
We'll reply with simple return instructions.
Condition of returns
To be refunded or exchanged, items should be unworn (try them indoors only), undamaged, and in their original box. Please pack them carefully so they arrive back in good condition.
Refunds
Once your return arrives and is checked, we issue your refund to the original payment method — usually within 14 days of receiving it. Your bank or card provider may take a few extra days to post it.
Faulty or wrong items
If anything arrives faulty or incorrect, email us straight away at info@hudsonreads.com with a photo and your order number — we'll make it right at no cost to you.
