We want you to love what you buy from Hudson Reads. Even though our products are digital downloads, we stand behind them with a genuine 30-day money-back guarantee. If a guide or planner isn't the right fit for you, we'll make it right.

We think that's only fair — you should feel confident buying from us.

How to request a refund

It's simple. Within 30 days of your purchase, email us at info@hudsonreads.com and include:

  • The order number from your confirmation email
  • The name or email address you used at checkout
  • A quick note letting us know it wasn't the right fit (optional, but it helps us improve)

That's all we need. There are no hoops to jump through.

When refunds are granted

We grant refund requests that are made within 30 days of purchase and that follow the simple steps above. Once we receive your request, we'll confirm by email and process your refund to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for your bank or card provider to post the refund.

Because our products are delivered instantly and can be downloaded and kept, we may decline requests that fall outside the 30-day window, or that show clear signs of misuse — for example, redistributing or reselling our files, which isn't allowed under our Terms of Service. We'll always treat you fairly, and we'll explain our decision.

Access after a refund

Because you're refunded the full price, access to the refunded product ends when the refund is issued. We ask that you delete any downloaded or printed copies of the file, as your license to use it ends at that point. Any related account access to that product may be removed.

Didn't get your files, or had a technical problem?

If your issue is that you didn't receive your download or ran into a technical snag, please reach out before requesting a refund — most of the time we can fix it in minutes. Check your spam, junk, and promotions folders first, then email us at info@hudsonreads.com and we'll resend your files right away.
