1. Are these physical books or digital books?
They're 100% digital. Every Hudson Reads guide and planner is a digital download — there's no physical book, and nothing ships to your door. That means you get your files instantly and can start reading (or printing) right away.
2. How and when do I get my files?
Instantly. As soon as your order is confirmed, we email your download to the address you used at checkout. Your files are also saved to your Hudson Reads account, so you can log in and download them anytime, on any device. No waiting, no shipping.
3. What format are the files in?
Your guides and planners come as PDF files. PDFs open on almost any device and are made to look great on screen or printed at home — so you can read digitally, print the pages you want, or both.
4. What devices can I read them on?
Just about anything: your phone, tablet, laptop, or desktop — Apple, Android, Windows, or Mac. Because they're PDFs, they'll open on any device that can view a PDF, which is nearly all of them.
5. Can I print my guide or planner?
Yes! Our planners and worksheets are designed to be printed at home on standard paper. Print the whole thing, or just the pages you'll actually use — and print again anytime, since the file is yours to keep.
6. What's your refund policy — is there a guarantee?
Yes. Even though our products are digital, we offer a genuine 30-day money-back happiness guarantee. If a guide isn't the right fit, email us at info@hudsonreads.com within 30 days of your purchase with your order number, and we'll make it right. See our Refund Policy for the details.
7. I didn't get my download email. What do I do?
First, please check your spam, junk, and promotions folders — download emails often hide there. Also double-check that the email address you entered at checkout is correct. Still stuck? Just email us at info@hudsonreads.com and we'll resend your files right away.
8. Is my payment secure?
Absolutely. Checkout runs through Shopify's secure, encrypted payment system and trusted payment processors. Your card details are handled directly by those processors — we never see or store your full card number.
9. Do I need any special software to open my files?
No. PDFs open in the free PDF reader that's already built into your phone, tablet, and computer, or in any web browser. There's nothing extra to buy, download, or install.
10. Are The Calm Reset and Forgotten Pharmacy medical advice?
